About B2B Med Marketing
B2B Med Marketing exists to connect two groups that spend a lot of effort failing to find each other: the people inside healthcare organizations who research, evaluate, and approve technology, and the companies trying to sell it to them.
What this is
A discovery and intelligence platform for institutional healthcare buying. It documents how hospital and health system purchasing actually works, publishes decision material for the people running those evaluations, and maintains a structured directory of the companies selling into the sector.
The editorial premise is that discovery happens long before contact. By the time a vendor is in a conversation, the problem has been named, the category has been researched, the requirements have been shaped, and several internal reviews are already underway. Most of the useful information for that stage does not exist in a form buyers can use, and most of what does exist is product marketing answering a question nobody asked.
What this is not
Not a marketing agency. Not a consultancy. Not a source of medical advice, clinical guidance, or patient-specific recommendations, and not a place where patient health information is collected or published.
Not a ranking site. The directory has no scores, no tiers of quality, and no recommended vendors. Inclusion is not an endorsement, and paid participation never creates one.
How it pays for itself
Through vendor discoverability, disclosed as such. Companies can expand their presence in the discovery system. They cannot purchase editorial conclusions, comparisons, factual statements, or regulatory characterizations.
The separation is structural rather than promised: every vendor record carries the source of its information as a field, and the distinction between editorial, vendor-supplied, and sponsored is rendered on the record a reader is looking at. See editorial standards and for vendors.
Where the data comes from
The industry intelligence published here is drawn from first-party search and server measurement across a portfolio of healthcare and technology properties. Method, sources, and limits are stated on the methodology page rather than implied.
Editorial contact
Corrections, vendor submissions, and inquiries go through the contact form. Factual corrections are made regardless of whether a commercial relationship exists.
