This page describes current practice. Where something is not yet implemented, it says so rather than describing an intention as a fact.
No patient health information
This site does not collect, request, publish, transmit, enrich, or monetize protected health information. No form on this site asks for diagnoses, medical histories, treatment information, prescription information, patient records, or insurance information tied to medical treatment.
This is a standing constraint on the design, not only a current state. A proposed feature involving patient information is stopped and reviewed rather than implemented.
What is collected
Server logs. Standard web server request records: the requested URL, timestamp, response status, user agent, and IP address. These are used for security, for measuring crawler and search behavior, and for understanding which content is being reached. They are not used to build profiles of identifiable individuals.
Search performance data. Aggregate query and landing page records supplied by Google Search Console for this property. These are aggregated by Google and are not tied to individuals.
Contact submissions. When the contact form is live: name, business email, organization, and message. Used to respond to the inquiry.
Page analytics. A script from Ahrefs Web Analytics counts page views, referring sources, and general browser, device, and country information. Ahrefs describes the service as cookieless and reports the results in aggregate. It is not used to identify individual visitors. Added 2026-10-07.
What is not done
These are commitments, not descriptions of a current gap:
- No visitor identity resolution or de-anonymization.
- No third-party data enrichment of visitors or contacts.
- No sale or resale of contact data or visitor data.
- No fingerprinting beyond standard server request logging.
- No advertising trackers.
Any materially new use of identifiable visitor information is reviewed against this policy, consent requirements, and applicable law before it is built, not after.
Machine-readable content
This site publishes its content as structured data at /ai/catalog.json and related endpoints. That is content, deliberately open to AI systems and search engines. It contains no personal data.
