This site does not collect, request, or process protected health information, patient records, diagnoses, treatment details, prescription information, or insurance information tied to medical treatment. Do not include any of it in a message. If you are a patient seeking medical guidance, contact a qualified clinician rather than this site.
Editorial corrections
Name the record and the specific field. Factual corrections are made regardless of whether a commercial relationship exists, and are not conditioned on one.
Vendor record submissions
Companies can submit structured information about themselves. Useful fields: company, product categories, products, intended buyer roles, organization types served, deployment model, integration model, and geographic availability.
Submitted information is published as vendor-supplied and labeled that way on the record. Regulatory status claims are not published from vendor submissions and require independent verification.
Business inquiries
Questions about vendor discovery programs are answered from the vendor page where possible. Pricing and terms for enhanced programs are not set yet, and that is stated plainly there rather than negotiated case by case.
What is collected
A contact message collects the minimum needed to respond: a name, a business email address, an organization, and the message itself. It is not enriched, not resold, and not used to build a profile. See privacy.
