Radiology AI
Also known as: Imaging AI, Medical Imaging AI
Software that analyzes medical images or supports imaging workflow through triage, detection, measurement, reporting, or related functions.
Radiology AI is not one product type. Triage tools reorder work or notify a care team. Detection tools mark possible findings. Measurement tools quantify structures or change. Workflow tools support reporting and operations around the read.
Products doing different jobs should not share one comparison table. Within the same job, a health system still has to evaluate intended use, evidence, local workflow, PACS and reporting integration, failure behavior, monitoring, support, and the internal work required to maintain another imaging integration.
Regulatory status must be verified for the specific product and intended use. It should not be inferred from a company name, product family, marketing page, or directory listing.
